STAGES OF WOMANHOOD

FREE WORKSHOP THIS SUNDAY - 11AM - 1PM

This Sunday we’re hosting a FREE Stages of Womanhood Workshop at CMAX - open to all female members and non-members. 

 If you’re a woman at any stage of life, this session will help you understand your body better, train smarter, and fuel yourself with confidence. 

 We’ll be covering: 

The Female Hormone Cycle: Your monthly cycle impacts mood, cravings, strength, energy, recovery and training performance more than most woman realise. We'll show you how to understand it, work with it rather than against it, and make small changes that make a big difference to how you feel across the month. 

Perimenopause / Menopause / Post Menopause: From shifting hormones to changing energy levels, this stage of womanhood can feel confusing - but it doesn't have to be. We'll cover what's happening in your body, how to manage symptoms, and the training + nutrition strategies that support strength, energy, bone density and long-term health. 

Training for Longevity: The markers that matter as we age aren't the scales - they're bone density, muscle mass, strength, balance and the ability to stay active and independent. We'll show you the exact training principles woman need to build a strong, resilient body that lasts. (Bone density peaks at around 20-25 and we start to lose 3-5% of lean muscle mass yearly from 25 onwards so this is something that is important for woman of any age to be aware of) 

Food for Fuel: Woman's nutrition needs evolve across each stage of life - from the cycle, to peri/menopause, to prioritising long-term health. We'll talk natural fats, protein timing, carb quality, and how to fuel in a way that supports hormones, training and energy. 

This workshop is open to all women - members, non-members, mums, daughters, sisters and friends. Any female at any stage of life will benefit from this.
